Fall Festival

Come one come all to Haley's Fabulous Fall Festival!

-There will be pizza available starting at 6:00pm. You need to pre-order if you would like to have it, so call the school by Wednesday, October 28th!

-Pumpkin Walk - Carve your pumpkin at home and bring it school on Friday so we can set them all up for everyone to see at our festival. Be creative with your pumkins! Prizes will be awarded the night of the festival @ 7:55pm.

-Hula Hoop Contest @ 7:30pm - get ready to compete Haley Tigers!

-BINGO will start promptly at 6:30pm... so make sure you get in on the action!

There will also be popcorn, candy and hot chocolate available to gobble down!

Red Ribbon Week is this week!

This week is Red Ribbon Week at Haley! We have different themes planned for each day to remind our Tigers to JUST SAY NO TO DRUGS! Be sure to get in on the fun!

Monday
Students will receive a red ribbon that they can wear all week!
Tuesday
Don't let drugs "Sneak" up on you! Wear your sneakers!
Wednesday
"Sock" it to drugs! Wear the craziest socks you have!
Thursday
Turn your back on drugs! Wear your shirt backwards!
Friday
Wear as much red as you can!!!

Retakes will be on Wednesday, October 28th! Wear your best smile!

C is for COOKIE DOUGH FUNDRAISER!!!!

C is for cookie...that's good enough for all of Haley's little cookie monsters! PTO kicked off the Cookie Dough Fundraiser October 21st and needs your help! So... eat cookies (lots and lots of cookies!) and help raise money for our school! There are lots of yummy varieties to choose from and it makes a delicious gift too! If you have any questions please call the school.

Parent Teacher Conferenes

What a fun and exciting start to our new school year it has been! It's hard to believe it's already time for Parent Teacher Conferences! These conferences will be scheduled over 2 days, September 30 & October 1. Students will be released early on both conference days at 11:30am.

If you have not received your child's conference information, please e-mail their teacher or contact the front office.

We look forward to seeing all of our Haley Parents!

Haley's 1st Anual Spring Carnival Is Coming!

Our first anaul spring carnival is almost here and the PTO is pre-selling wristbands and food vouchers.

Wristbands + 10 tickets = $12.00 or $14.00 at the event.
*Wristbands can be used for unlimited bouncing and tickets can be used for games, cotton candy, popcorn, snow cones, glow necklaces and bracelets.

Food Vouchers = $5.00 (combo meal with drink)or $6.00 at the event.

Last day for pre-sale will be April 6th so don't delay! Order yours today!

Haley Students Jump Rope For Heart !

Did you know that by participating in Jump Rope For Heart you're helping to save lives? Jump Rope For Heart is a national educational fund-raising program that is sponsored by the American Heart Association and the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (AAHPERD).

Jump Rope For Heart engages elementary students in jumping rope while raising funds to support lifesaving heart and stroke research. Students ask friends and family for donations and receive thank-you gifts based on the dollars they raise. This educational program teaches physical fitness and promotes the value of community service to students and their families. It shows students that they can contribute to their community's welfare.

Haley students will have the opportunity to participate in Jump Rope For Heart all this week in PE class with Mrs. Burton. If you have any questions or would like more information please visit their website listed below. http://www.americanheart.org

Haley Choir
